Natural Looking:

Dior: The Dior Light Collection 2007 features a fresh and velvety complexion. There are no excessive colors on face. The makeup is mainly focused on saturated and curvier lips. Eyes are gilded with metallic bronze colors. Face is simple and bright. The Dior Light Collection's smooth and flawless look is suitable for natural beauties.

• Apply eyeliner along upper lashline
• Layer the combination of pale and metallic bronze shades on eyes
• Highlight the coppery metal eyes with a touch of pastel light shade
• Use light face powder to enhance and highlight the face as the final touch

2007 Holiday Makeup Collection Roundup - Part 2

One of the great excitements about holiday collection is the makeup palette. Jeweled makeup is often luxuriously packaged for one single product like lip stick or lip gloss. However, makeup palette often offers a variety from eye shadow, lip gloss to cheek color, etc. To meet the elements of the Christmas, the shades are usually created with younger and shinier look. It is the perfect timing to put on a sparkling and glamorous makeup for the Christmas!

Each palette has three eye shadows, a cheek color and a lip color. The palette case is adorned with two Swarovski crystals.

5. Lavshuca Winter Make Collection: (¥1680 or USD$15.40) It is available in two sets of shades. "01 Berry Creme Framboise" is in pink series and "02 BonBon Chocolat Classique" is in gold series. Each contains an eyeshadow pan of three shades and two lip colors.

6. Yves Saint Laurent Multi-Usage Makeup Palette: ($67) From the Love Collection 2007, the palette has everything you can find: three eye shadows, three lipsticks, a lip gloss, a face highlighter and a blush.

Jill Stuart is going to launch its Christmas Rose collection 2007 on November 10 in Japan. I am drooling by just looking at the pictures! Jill Stuart always comes up with quality cosmetics in beautiful packaging. Their packaging is constantly designed with diamond-shape, bejeweled box, crystal and pink color which I find romantic and feminine. I love the effort of this company to produce good quality products with elegant and princessy packaging. It brings me the pretty and the luxurious excitement everytime I use it! Unfortunately, Jill Stuart is currently only available in Japan. For Jill Stuart lovers who live outside of Japan, shopping online is probably the only way at this point. The inner circle is the cheek powder while the outer circle works to highlight or brighten the other area of the face. Anyway, here is a list of items for Anna Sui Christmas collection

1. Super mascara glitter: available in four colors
2. Color powder: available in two shades
3. Nail color: available in five colors
4. Makeup kit: includes a lipgloss, face powder in a pouch. The lipgloss and face powder are released in two color versions: one in pink, the other in orange.

Kesalan Patharan X'mas Collection 2007

Kesalan Patharan will release the Dear Wish and Dear Dream collection for its X'mas collection 2007. The Dear Wish collection will launch on 26th October in Japan. This set includes a lip gloss (one of three shades you can choose), eye shadow duo, nail color in a pouch. On the other hand, the Dear Dream will launch on 16th, November in Japan. The collection contains a face pressed powder, brush, lipstick and a glitter mascara in a pouch. Unfortunately, I don't think they have any store in US.
