Lancôme Color Fever Shine Pixel Pink is the latest limited-edition lipstick in the Pout-à-Porter designer lipstick series. It was created by the makeup artist Gucci Westman and fashion designer Thakoon Panichgul. As Gucci Westman has officially announced that she will conclude her role as International Artistis Director of Lancôme, Pixel Pink is going to be the fourth and the final work from the Gucci Westman and Lancôme collaboration. During the time she has joined Lancôme since 2003, she has created eight makeup collections. The Spring 2008 L.U.C.I. Collection and Pixel Pink lipstick are the final collaborations.

Thakoon's Spring 2008 collection was inspired by a young, modern Japanese woman who leaves her life behind and escapes to Hawaii. Gucci Westman created the spring look inspired by the muse. She wanted to keep a minimalist makeup for Thakoon's Spring 2008 collection. With the cheeks are lightly flushed cheeks and eye makeup is muted, she daps on a sheer raspberry pink on the lips to go with the sun tan she has from surfing all day.

Pixel Pink lipstick will be available in limited quantities for retail price of $25. I just found that it is now available at Lancome-USA.com. It will debut on March 1st at Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Lancome US boutiques.
