Jill Stuart's spring 2010 makeup collection is inspired by the 80's Rock & Roll, and features sweet, romantic shades with a sexy edge to create an angel rocker girl look for spring 2010.

In this collection, there will be a new range of eyeshadow palettes, Jewel Crystal Eyes, which focuses on jewel-toned shades with different shimmering effects.
