Kate Winter 2008 Release: Gel Eyeshadows

Kate will launch a new range of eye shadow, Gel Eyeshadows, on November 1st in Japan. This range will be available in eight shimmery shades. Five of them are bright pastels for a fresh sense of transparency, while three of them are dark intense shades.
