Entitled "Declaring Indigo", Lancôme fall 2009 collection is all about free spirit and intense, saturated colors. Created by Lancôme's artistic director Aaron De May, the collection is inspired by the colors of the coat of arms of Paris and the French Revolution, and features a predominantly royal blue color scheme accented with vivid reds and gold brilliance.

Interesting that they put two navy's in one palette, I've never seen that done before. I must get that navy polish though, I'm a navy polish fanatic! Thanks for the heads-up :)

Hi Jojoba,

I don't usually like the combination of royal blue and shimmering gold. I find the royal blues with gold accents are just hard to pull off. But I am very interested in checking out the collection in person.
