Jill Stuart will release Moist Silk Powder Foundation on September 11 in Japan. It is a powder foundation with SPF 15 /PA++ and is available in five shades.

Moist Silk Powder Foundation is formulated with Pure Crystal Powder for a half-matte, translucent chiffon finish. It was designed to absorb sebum effectively, and prevent the skin from looking oily, discolored or dull throughout the day.

Jill Stuart Base Makeup Kit

Also, there will be a limited-edition base makeup kit due out on September 11 in Japan. It includes Moist Silk Powder Foundation (or Smooth Silk Powder Foundation), Powder Foundation Compact M (or S), Pure Lasting Makeup Base in a pouch.
